Mascot/feathersona Ref (Updated 04 April 2017)

Just a quick update for when I or anyone needs it! Excuse the messiness, did this instead of school work and now I gotta rush off for class

Changes:
- "Hair" colour: green to blue, brightened the tip's blue
- "Hair" parting: center to right (dove's view)
- Tail simplified and shrunk
- Eye colour: orange to blue
- New: Glasses + neckerchief + cere (blue bulge on beak)
- Removed: blue stripe across face
- WORK IN PROGRESS: Arms undecided

Time taken: I said "quick" but it probably was like 1-2 hours lol...
